Boho Festival style

This is a shoot I styled back in May,shot in the phoenix park in Dublin

Anouska has the ability to make any picture look soft and famine and her use of natural light in all of the shots really gives them such a delicate feeling.

 The brief I was given for this shoot was Bohemian style, but I was also told that this was Aoife our models first shoot .

Usually when I get a brief  I try to let my imagination go as wild as it wants and then try play on it a little bit and make it my own, so in my head I was thinking about going really crazy with it , there is  a lot you could play around with this style

     layering, fringing,feathers, tons of  jewelry etc …..but then i also had to factor in that it was Aoife’s first shoot and she would obviously be nervous and if the clothes were really over powering she might not have been able to get comfortable so I decided to make it a little bit more modern “festival boho”  like looks you would see more at a festival campsite, or on the likes of sienna miller or Nicole Richie .
